Indications & Results

  • Dark skin

    Dark skin has a high level of melanin, which will act as a competing chromophore in laser hair removal, potentially resulting in burns. SHR technology overcomes this challenge, by the delivery of low-fluence and high-repetition-rate energy, enabling treatment of up to skin type VI.

  • Vellus hair

    Fine, light hair on the face and body is the hardest to treat. With three wave lengths providing a wide range of absorption and penetration depths, Alma’s solutions can effectively remove even vellus hair.

  • Facial hair

    Small areas - such as in the nose and ears - can be hard to access and treat. Alma offers a range of applicators in different sizes, including a facial tip that can target even one to two hairs at a time.
