About The Position
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market penetration for injectable/fillers products.
- Drive and participate sales activities in the frontline market, actively engaging with doctors, clinics, and other healthcare providers to promote our products and services. And utilize existing resources to expanding relationship with doctors and clinics to enhance market reach and customer engagement.
- Applying an understanding of customer business models and the Aesthetics industry to convert competitive accounts and actualize opportunities
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the marketplace, brands and customers to ensure effective market intelligence
- Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, including sales targets, market share and customer satisfaction to develop strategies.
- Set up sales team from 0 to 1.
- Good communication and management skills, reporting in English.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree or above, pharmaceutical related background is preferred.
- 15-20 years of sales experience within medical industry, at least 3 years of Injectables with strong relationship with customers.
- Expertise on sales channels build-up/ distributor management national wide.
- Experience in building/managing medical sales teams, team size over 20/Rev. of $40m is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, strong KA management skills and customer insights.
- Passionate about the Aesthetics industry and always ahead of the game with industry trends and innovation.
- Fluent English speaking.
- Positive, self-motivated and good at working under pressure.
