About The Position

As we expand our team, we seek a hands-on and proactive Global Talent Acquisition to join us.

As the Global Talent Acquisition, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process and play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talents across various regions, focusing on Israel, EMEA, and APAC.

This role requires a deep understanding of global talent markets, recruitment trends, and best practices to ensure a seamless candidate experience and successful hiring outcomes.

  • Execute global talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.
  • Partner with HRBP’s, senior leadership, and hiring managers globally, to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
  • Hands-on in every stage of the recruitment process: manage full-cycle recruitment, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners such as recruitment agencies to enhance talent pipelines.
  • Implement metrics and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with global recruitment laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of proven experience in a Talent Acquisition role, including  global recruitment.
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • High proficiency in English – must.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices across multiple countries and regions.
  • Expertise in various recruitment methods and tools, including social media, networking, active search, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong understanding of global employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a global business with an understanding of cross-cultural differences.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a team player with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR-related softwares.
