About The Position
· Manage and support the organization’s ERP system and related business processes
· Act as the primary internal expert for ERP (NetSuite experience is an advantage)
· Analyze, define, and improve business workflows and ensure proper ERP implementation and usage across departments
· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for new features or process changes
· Manage ERP projects including upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
· Provide support and training to ERP users
· Work with external vendors and NetSuite consultants when required
· Ensure data accuracy, security, and system integrity within the ERP platform
· Regularly report to the CIO on system status, improvements, and business impact
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience managing ERP systems (preferably NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (finance, supply chain, procurement, etc.)
- Experience in ERP system configuration, support, and improvement
- Project management experience (implementation, upgrades, or migrations)
- Cross-functional collaboration experience with business and technical teams
- Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite is a strong advantage)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into system solutions
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Understanding of data structures, reporting, and process optimization
- Familiarity with integration tools and data migration processes (advantage)
- High impact on core business operations if ERP system is mismanaged
- Errors may affect financial reporting, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Critical role in ensuring system stability, compliance, and efficiency
