About The Position

1.     Investor Event Strategy & Execution

  • Lead the design and execution of key investor-facing events (e.g., quarterly/half-yearly Investor Open Days, earnings briefings), collaborating closely with the PR team and global Marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and brand storytelling.
  • Coordinate cross-functional resources (finance, product, legal) to deliver seamless event experiences that enhance investor satisfaction and market visibility.

2.     Stakeholder Engagement & Corporate Storytelling

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for investors, analysts, and financial institutions, proactively articulating Sisram’s value proposition, technological advantages, and growth strategy through presentations, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent communication of financial performance, operational updates, and strategic initiatives.

3.     Communication Facilitation

  • Translate internal business milestones, R&D advancements, and strategic priorities into compelling narratives for external stakeholders while capturing investor/analyst feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Establish regular feedback loops with senior management, synthesizing external insights to inform strategic decisions and align internal strategies with market expectations.

4.     Capital Market Expertise & Compliance

  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of Hong Kong capital markets (required), including listing rules, disclosure requirements, and investor expectations; familiarity with U.S. markets (preferred) and possession of overseas investor networks (a plus).
  • Monitor regulatory changes and industry trends, collaborating with legal and finance teams to ensure IR activities comply with global standards and enhance corporate governance.

5.     IR Process Design & Team Strategy

  • Define, implement, and optimize end-to-end IR processes to ensure alignment with regulatory standards, corporate strategy, and global best practices.

 

Requirements

1.     Industry Experience

  • 10+ years of experience in investor relations, or a related function within the medical device or Pharma industry.

Experience in the medical aesthetics is preferred.

2.     Capital Market & Regulatory Competency

  • In-depth expertise in Hong Kong capital market regulations; working knowledge and resources of U.S. markets is a strong advantage.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex compliance requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory adherence.

3.     Communication & Presentation Excellence

  • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with a track record of delivering impactful pitches to C-suite executives, institutional investors, and analysts.
  • Fluent in English, capable of using English as the primary working language.

4.     Cross-Functional Collaboration & Emotional Intelligence

  • High emotional intelligence and adaptability to engage with diverse internal stakeholders and balance competing priorities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to listen, synthesize feedback, and communicate actionable insights to senior management, fostering alignment between internal teams and external market expectations.

5.     Strategic Mindset & Self-Drive

  • Results-oriented self-starter with the ability to operate independently, define IR strategies, and scale processes as the business evolves.
